To describe an effort such as this is impossible and hopeless at the same time. The blog stands for exchanging ideas and changing lives. And also filling time between boring moments at work. And also laying the groundwork for that epic trip southbound.

All Hail!!
This is a blogger's feeble attempt to get a good friend and mighty ruler to join in the festivities scheduled in the Southern Hemisphere in about 10 days! Call him, bother him, coax him. All hail Ale-dolf! Or Al-dolf as Clark likes to call himself.

If we label this a "call to arms" will it increase our chances of getting him onboard.
Couldn't we just cow-tie him and take him in one of our duffels? He'd probably just pee on the plane after.
